I've confirmed my booth at Fantasy Con in Salt Lake on July 3-5th! With my spot in artist alley confirmed, I've set up a rigorous production schedule to ensure I have lots of artwork for the convention. After I spent so long on my Daenerys piece, I wanted something that would go a little quicker, so I did a portrait of Gandalf in Painter.

It didn't go quite as fast as the digital oil portraits I've done in the past (which you can find in the sketchbook section of my website) but I spent a lot of time fine-tuning to ensure it turned out just how I wanted. Overall, I'm happy with the result. This is the piece I wanted to do.
